Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Texas peaches, peeled (or 1 cup peach purée)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 bottle chilled prosecco or sparkling wine

Method

  1. Blend the peaches with the honey and lemon juice until smooth; strain for a silkier pour.
  2. Spoon a few tablespoons of purée into each flute.
  3. Top slowly with prosecco, stir gently, and serve.
