Prickly Pear Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups prickly pear puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.
  2. Mix the prickly pear puree, lime juice, and cooled sugar syrup.
  3. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
