Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup prickly pear puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Beat the cream cheese, prickly pear puree, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour into the crust and bake for 45 minutes until set.
  4. Chill before serving.
