Pecan Praline Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup praline sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the bread and pecans in the dish.
  3. Whisk the milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the bread mixture.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes until set.
  5. Drizzle with praline sauce before serving.
