Pecan Praline Bread Pudding
Warm custard bread pudding studded with Texas pecans and finished with praline sauce — the finale of our Coastal Comfort menu.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup praline sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Combine the bread and pecans in the dish.
- Whisk the milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the bread mixture.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until set.
- Drizzle with praline sauce before serving.
