Oysters Rockefeller Bites
Broiled Gulf oysters with buttered spinach and Parmesan — a warm, elegant opener from our Gulf Coast Elegance menu.
Ingredients
- 12 Gulf oysters, shucked
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat the broiler and arrange the oysters on a baking sheet.
- In a pan, sauté the spinach in butter until wilted; season with salt and pepper.
- Top each oyster with spinach and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Broil for 3–4 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately.
