Grilled Red Snapper with Citrus Butter
Grilled Gulf red snapper finished with orange-and-lemon butter — a clean, bright main from our Gulf Coast Elegance menu.
Ingredients
- 4 red snapper fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Zest and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon
Method
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Rub the fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the snapper for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Mix the melted butter with the citrus zest and juice.
- Drizzle the citrus butter over the grilled snapper before serving.
