Grilled Red Snapper with Citrus Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Rub the fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the snapper for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Mix the melted butter with the citrus zest and juice.
  4. Drizzle the citrus butter over the grilled snapper before serving.
