Galveston Breeze
A breezy tequila-and-elderflower cooler topped with soda and a lime twist — the signature pour of our Gulf Coast Elegance menu.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- Soda water
- Lime twist, for garnish
Method
- In a shaker with ice, combine the tequila, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit juice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a lime twist.
