Crab-Stuffed Avocado
Ripe avocado halves filled with lime-bright blue crab, cilantro, and a touch of jalapeño — a chilled starter from our Gulf Coast Elegance menu.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blue crab meat
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix the crab meat, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each avocado half with the crab mixture.
- Serve chilled.
