Cajun-Spiced Gulf Oysters
Fresh Gulf oysters on the half shell with a whisper of Cajun seasoning and bright lemon — a raw-bar opener from our Bayou Fusion menu.
Ingredients
- 12 Gulf oysters, shucked
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Method
- Place the shucked oysters on a serving platter, keeping them on the half shell.
- Sprinkle each oyster lightly with Cajun seasoning.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
