Blackened Catfish with Cajun Crawfish Sauce
Spice-seared catfish over grits with a creamy crawfish sauce — a hearty main from our Island Fusion menu.
Ingredients
- 4 catfish fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb crawfish tails
- 1/4 cup cream
- Cooked grits, for serving
Method
- Coat the catfish with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the catfish for 3–4 minutes per side.
- In a separate pan, heat the crawfish with cream until thickened.
- Serve the catfish over grits, topped with the crawfish sauce.
