Blackened Catfish with Cajun Crawfish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb crawfish tails
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • Cooked grits, for serving

Method

  1. Coat the catfish with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the catfish for 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the crawfish with cream until thickened.
  4. Serve the catfish over grits, topped with the crawfish sauce.
