Bayou Breeze
A bright signature cocktail of infused vodka, elderflower, and grapefruit — the welcome pour for our Bayou Fusion menu.
Ingredients
- 2 oz indigo mushroom-infused vodka
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Method
- Combine vodka, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
