The couple wanted their celebration to feel abundant but effortless — fine dining without the fuss. We designed a four-course plated dinner around the season’s best, opened with a passed cocktail hour of Gulf favorites, and timed every course to keep the evening flowing.
Our team handled the full service — setup, plating, service staff, and a seamless cleanup — so the hosts could be fully present with their guests. As the sun set, dinner was served under a canopy of string lights, finished with a tableside dessert moment that drew a round of applause.
