This website is owned and operated by Milligan Enterprise, LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors meal prep, coaching for your own meal prep and other products offered by affiliate companies represented on the site. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For any unconsumed product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that the consumable products are eligible for return or exchange if not completely satisfied.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Gerri Milligan DBA Milligan Enterprise and Milligan Enterprises LLC. Subscriptions: Subscriptions are on an Auto-renew basis. Meaning if you purchase a Subscription this week, it will automatically recharge your card 30 days later until you cancel. HOWEVER, the benefit to Subscribers is that you're still saving on each individual & family meal AND there will be NO delivery fees & a FREE meal thrown in occasionally. :-) It's my way of staying on top of orders and in turn offering a little something extra for your commitment and entrusting me with your and your family's health!
You may still purchase one-off meals but the newly updated delivery charges will apply.
NOTE: When you purchase a Subscription, all the Terms & Conditions will be communicated.
Delivery Days/Times & general instructions/protocol: Sugar Land or Missouri City area, Katy, Houston proper, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Montgomery County, Conroe, Willis - your delivery day is Tuesdays sometime between 9-5 depending where you are on the route.
Delivery fees vary slightly based on how far the address is from the kitchen. Recently, because of gas prices rising, the delivery fees have been increased slightly.
Food is delivered under cooled conditions and meant to get into the fridge or cooler at your delivery location within 1 hour max. If you are not going to be home during the window of 9-5, please leave a cooler, give us a neighbor's address or we could possibly deliver to your work address. Another option is we could place it in an outdoor garage fridge. You will receive a text when your delivery is next. Usually the window at that time is 30 minutes or less. If you need special accommodations, please let us know at least the day before your delivery so we can work with you and the food isn't left outside to spoil. Delivery person will text on their way and await your response. If there's no response, they will knock on the door and if in a couple of minutes there's no response, food will be placed outside door with care for your retrieval. We appreciate those who like the drop and go! :-)
Ordering Deadline: I must receive your order ONLINE by noon on Fridays in order for delivery to be guaranteed the next scheduled delivery day. If the order is received after noon on Fridays, your food order will go on the following week's delivery schedule. If you are having trouble ordering online or cannot get to a place to order, please contact me and I will help walk you through. Please understand I can no longer accept a text after noon on Fridays as an order. Reason being: orders are reconciled and printed out by the kitchen prep team, inventories and shopping take place early Saturdays and I cannot guarantee your order will transfer from a personal text to the order sheet. I used to be able to do this fairly accurately years ago when I had 8 customers, but there are too many to keep manual track of. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this :-)
Heating Tips: I have been getting more and more feedback from my valuable customers and I appreciate it so much! I'm finding that after transport, the meals are shifting a little inside the packaging. Please understand, the food is kept level but it still goes through a transport process to get to you. A little shifting is normal. Also, with any meal there will be settling of liquid whether from the meats or veggies. If this bothers you, please drain the liquid before placing the individual meals in microwave or family meals in the oven. I try to make everything al dente but sometimes when it's been baked again to heat, it can dry out some meats and overcook some veggies.
In conclusion, I LOVE cooking for you, I LOVE serving you. If something can be improved, please let me know, I'm open to getting better and serving you with utmost quality and the highest standard! I offer a service of cooking meals that are whole, cared for and served to you with love. But I don't wear my emotions about it on my sleeve either. It's a business and my business is providing QUALITY meals to you that you can feel good about eating yourself and feeding your loved ones.
