My food philosophy is "bold flavor, few ingredients and as whole as possible"

I believe in sustainable diets that don't require too much suffering! I also think that if one is to try a specialized diet to lose fat, it should be for short term with a specific time frame and structure to follow.

Aside from a done for you meal service, I do meal coaching which includes planning meals, shopping, cooking and storing. Teaching you to fish so to speak. Please inquire about this service as there are several levels of needs.

So ultimately, the reason I began Meal Prep to Door Step is because I realize some people are too busy or not versed enough to provide their families and themselves with healthy whole foods. This is especially true if there has been a recent doctor visit which requires a drastic change in diet. It also occurs when there is a realization that lifestyle needs to change because of age or the need to loose fat and/or gain muscle.

Who can benefit from my service:

1 Working moms and dads who want healthier or alternative options for lunches at work.

2 Parents with children who want family style meals so they don't have to cook.

3 People who have to watch what they eat because of health or weight issues.

4 Individuals who have a fitness lifestyle and want to maximize results.

You can count on: no MSG, non-GMO soy and corns, gluten free (unless requested), low sodium, low or no sugar, low carb (unless requested). Occasionally I do sweets and snacks which I will note as such because they will possibly include gluten or sugar.

Keto, gluten-free, HCG, low fat and vegetarian available.
